Specs for Our New Home Search

We need the following minimum* square footage:

*The actual minimums are slightly smaller, but I have added space to accommodate furniture.

• We need two bathrooms.
• We need to be on the ground floor.
• Our priorities, in order of importance are as follows:
  • Outdoor space
  • Indoor space
  • Safety
  • Proximity to services and resources (library, restaurants, fire station, etc.)
• We will begin the search in Oakland and Alameda.
• We will begin with a cap of $4000 per month (for this first round of searching.)
